Our team’s agility enabled us to meet the diverse needs of our projects, and also keep ourselves up-to-date in a broad range of areas to foster our creativity and innovative approach as a team.
We also seek to develop and spread a design culture on both national and international levels to correspond to the global trends. We believe knowledge is the key to integrate design successfully within the dynamic context of global economic and socio-political structures. For that reason, we also offer extensive training to our clients to help develop a design culture within their companies and facilitate workshops on design thinking and so on.

Formeta Design established as Mertadam Design in 2012 and has been rebranded as Formeta Design in 2020, for achieving international goals and describing our brand more universal level. Formeta currently continues to provide design services in Europe, the Middle East and the United States.
Mert Sezer is the founder and design director of Formeta Design. Under the direction of Mert Sezer, Formeta Design supplies design services for more than 50+ companies since its establishment and Formeta House launched its first design product, Carryfix, in 2022. Besides that He is also the managing partner of Molenore, the design brand which design and produces furniture accessories with a story.
Since 2016, he has been mentoring the Startups of ITU SEEDS, one of Europe’s top 10 incubation centers, in order to support and entrepreneurs and startups with his expertise in design field. He is in the advisory board of Marmara University Industrial Design Department. He served as the president of Istanbul Branch of Industrial Designers’ Society of Turkey between 2020 and 2023.
