The components are designed to connect without additional tools. This requirement shaped the structure alongside ergonomics, appearance and the practicalities of moving and setting up the chair.
The project demonstrates the coordination needed in modular furniture design. Assembly is part of the product experience, and the connections must work with the proportions and comfort of the finished chair.
