T-ROX
High-Precision 3D Printer for Dental Labs
Client: Tolard Technology – Status: In Production
T-ROX is a dental DLP 3D printer developed with Tolard Technology. Formeta Design shaped the enclosure, screen placement and product interaction around the requirements of laboratory equipment.
Rounded edges soften the metal structure, while asymmetric surfaces organise the body and position the control screen within reach. An upward-opening enclosure and a transparent observation area support access to the printing space.
The exterior and interface were developed together. This connects the machine’s physical access points, visual identity and operator controls within a single product.

HYDROPAN uses colour to distinguish control and alarm units. HYDROKON separates electronic and plumbing areas within the cover design. Emerson’s condensing unit considers the appearance of outdoor infrastructure.
