5-Axis Dental Milling System

VENCE is a high-precision dental milling machine developed for Tolard Technology, designed to support the evolving demands of digital dental manufacturing. Operating within modern CAD/CAM workflows, the system enables accurate production of dental restorations while maintaining reliability, efficiency, and ease of operation.

Formeta Design developed the product’s industrial design with a focus on balancing technical performance and user interaction. The exterior architecture emphasizes precision and stability through clean geometric surfaces, controlled proportions, and a visually organized layout. Service areas, access points, and operator interactions were carefully integrated to create a machine that feels both professional and approachable.

The design language communicates advanced manufacturing capability without unnecessary complexity. Large transparent surfaces provide visibility into the milling process, while the compact footprint helps optimize laboratory environments where space efficiency is critical. Every design decision was guided by usability, maintenance accessibility, and long-term product perception.
